The first scan is free. If you approve recovery work, commercial terms are confirmed before outreach begins and are tied to recovered or vendor-confirmed value rather than software seats.
- Free scan of uploaded AP files, contracts, statements, rate sheets, payment exports, and supporting records.
- No recovery fee when the scan finds no recoverable value or when you do not approve recovery pursuit.
- Before recovery work begins, the agreement defines the success fee, what counts as recovered value, and how credits, refunds, offsets, or confirmed balance reductions are handled.
What counts as value
- Refunds paid back by a vendor.
- Credits applied to an open or future invoice.
- Offsets against balances the customer would otherwise pay.
- Vendor-confirmed balance reductions tied to a validated overcharge.
What is not counted as a recovery by default
- A savings lead that has not produced a vendor-confirmed correction.
- A pricing observation without a supporting agreement, invoice, payment, credit, or statement record.
- A duplicate candidate your team rejects after review.
If your procurement or legal team needs a fixed fee definition, define it in the customer agreement before any recovery outreach begins.
